Bergen Engines was selected to provide the main power for Nexans’ flagship cable-laying vessel. Five Bergen B33:45L6A gensets deliver reliable, continuous power for all critical operations on Electra, including DP3 positioning, deck machinery, winches, and cable-laying systems.

Collaboration Across Expertise
Electra includes the combined expertise of Nexans, Skipsteknisk, Ulstein Verft, and Bergen Engines.
