The Bergen B35:40 generating set produces exceptionally low emissions of NOx, CO and UHC combined, a tribute to its efficient combustion technology that ensures minimum environmental impact coupled with excellent performance levels.

The generating set’s combination of large components running at low RPM and optimised combustion and turbocharger technology ensure high efficiency levels. Many gas engine installations require heat recovery, whatever their applications. Our experience ranges from remote power supply to cogeneration and tri-generation in climates ranging between the arctic freeze of Svalbard and hot and humid Bangladesh.

Our power solutions enable the shift towards net zero carbon.

We do this by ensuring the flexibility of our engines, allowing them to run on various fuel types as the fuel availability landscape transitions towards lower carbon fuels. The modular architecture of our engines allows for reconfiguration of the engines' combustion systems.
Our engines typically operate for between 20 to 25 years, and the modular architecture ensures that a gas or liquid fuel engine purchased today, will be just as relevant in one or two decades.

We believe in standing by our customers throughout the entire service life of their equipment.

It’s for this reason that more than 80% of our operating plants around the world are covered by Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA), through which our highly trained and experienced service engineers provide both planned and unplanned service support. In fact, many of our customers have relied on us for more than 20 years - a testament to our LTSA philosophy.

Remote monitoring

A single Bergen medium-speed engine can have more than 200 sensors transmitting a vast amount of data that measures all aspects of an engine’s health and performance at any given moment.

Data analytics, A.I and deep learning combine to give you real-time insights into your equipment using our Equipment Health Monitoring system (EHM).
